Asian Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup Fresh & Easy Coleslaw Dressing

1 teaspoon minced ginger

2 tablespoons sesame oil

2 cups shredded red cabbage

2 cups shredded green cabbage

2 cups shredded carrot

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup edamame

½ cup sunflower seeds

1 cup cilantro

4 scallions, sliced

Method of Preparation

Whisk together Fresh & Easy Coleslaw Dressing, ginger, and sesame oil. Add remaining ingredients to a mixing bowl. Toss with prepared dressing until evenly coated.
